Privacy notes

This site is a set of static pages. It has no form, no login, no comment box and no newsletter, so it does not receive your name, email or street address through the pages. It sets no advertising cookies and loads no third-party tracking scripts.

The hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as the address a request came from and the page requested, for security and to keep the site running. Those logs are not used to identify visitors.

Phone calls

When you call the number on this site, the call is carried by a call-tracking and routing network that connects it to an independent garage door company. The network records details such as the calling number, the time and the length of the call so that calls can be routed and counted, and calls may be recorded for quality purposes. What the company that answers does with the information you give it, such as your address for the visit, is governed by that company.

If you do not want to share your number, you can block caller ID on your phone before dialing; the company will then need another way to confirm the visit.

Links to other sites

Pages cite their sources, such as federal regulations, industry standards and cost guides, with links to the original documents. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this site does not control. Links to them carry no tracking parameters from here.

Changes

If the way the site works changes, for example if it ever adds a form, this page will say so before the change goes live.
